Traditional Queen Bungalow
Our four Traditional Queen Bungalows are unique in their individual design and layout. Each has been recently restored and refurbished to ensure our guests’ utmost comfort, with appreciation of their original ‘gladak’ character. Natural wood finishings and materials have been maintained or enhanced throughout, respecting the original elements of these traditional Indonesian dwellings.
All of our Queen Bungalows are afforded their own small front-garden setting, allowing guests to work or rest on their terrace with relative privacy.
The following details the key features distinguishing each Traditional Queen Bungalow (each approx. 35 sqm):
‘Bungalow No. 2’:
Perfect for a couple with a young child (in fold-away bed) or infant (in baby-cot). This bungalow has a larger bedroom area and a smaller bathroom complete with hand-held / over-head shower. (Baby-bath available upon request for use with shower).
‘Bungalow No. 3’:
Ideal for a young family with an infant (in baby-cot). This bungalow provides guests with ample storage space, a small wooden bath-tub perfect for children, plus a hand-held / over-head shower in the sunny, large-sized bathroom. (Baby-bath available upon request for use with shower). Note that this bungalow does not allow for a child-bed.
‘Bungalow No. 4’:
This white-washed bungalow is ideal for a couple seeking traditional-style accommodation with an airy, bright ambiance. The sun-lit bathroom includes a small wooden bath-tub as well as a hand-held / over-head shower. Note that this bungalow is suitable for two adults only, or one adult and one child sharing a Queen-
sized bed.
‘Bungalow No. 5’:
Well located near the pool, this traditional dwelling has a slightly larger wooden-style shower-room with hand-held / over-head shower. Note that this bungalow is suitable for two adults only, or one adult and one child sharing a Queen-sized bed.
